PROJECT DESCRIPTION

12 HOUR DEADLINE! We were tasked with the designs and renders of the rooftop terrace and the production floor for the SANTANITA SITE. In order to convey the intention of the rooftop terrace we had to model the whole building and surrounding area since they had a separate parking lot near the building. The rooftop was designed with a combination of wood louvers and concrete slabs. Lighting plays and important role in the design creating shapes and filling up the space with indirect light. The outdoor area of this rooftop terrace is covered with two large tensile roofs that provide shade and protection against the rain. There are also some umbrella tables for these purposes.
