PROJECT DESCRIPTION

These contemporary homes are a product of the collaboration with fellow colleague and architect German Perez from GEPESA. The design reflects the ideals that they as developers want to push into the growing market of the southern coast of the Dominican Republic. These designs break the mold that has been used in the region for decades. These are homes are intended to suit the needs of the middle class demographic.
